Who is responsible?

JMCP BVBA, Klissestraatje 9, 9910 Knesselare, Belgium (operating under the name Lumea) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@lumeashop.eu or +32 (0)495 62 94 72.

What Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we process your name, company name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and your order details. Through the contact form, we process the information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, and your message. Payment information is processed by our payment service provider and is not stored by us.

What we use them for

We use your information to process, deliver, and invoice orders; to answer your questions; to manage your account and order history; and to comply with our legal obligations, such as accounting requirements. The legal basis for this is the performance of the contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries.

Who we share them with

We only share data with parties we need to fulfill the order: shipping companies for delivery, our payment service provider, our hosting and email provider, and our accountant. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep them

We retain invoices and accounting records for as long as required by law, which in Belgium is generally seven years. We do not retain data from contact messages for longer than is necessary to handle your inquiry.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the shopping cart, checkout, and your account to work properly.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or object to it, and to have your data transferred. To do so, please send a message to info@lumeashop.eu. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
